One Time recommends that the previously stained or sealed wood surface be completely cleaned of residue and wax build-up to ensure proper bonding of the One Time finish. This remover prepares exterior wood surfaces to allow the finish to bond into the wood. Covers approximately 150 sq. ft. per gallon.
